Back to brick conversion of a 3 bed terrace house to  5-bed HMO, West Midlands

We are proud to present a project we completed of a full back to brick conversion of 3 bedroom house to a 5 bedroom HMO. This project involved stripping the entire house down to its bare structure and rebuilding it with new materials, fixtures and fittings. We also added a loft conversion and a rear extension to create more space and functionality. The result is a modern and comfortable HMO that meets all the standards and regulations for this type of accommodation. We delivered this project on time and within budget, with minimal disruption to the neighbours and the environment.
